​Dumpster Rental Fees

15 & 20-Yard Dumpsters – Priced by Distance

• 1–40 miles from our office: Standard rates 

• 41–120 miles from our office: $1.50 per mile (one-way)

• Beyond 120 miles: $5 per mile (one-way)
  Mileage is calculated via the shortest route on Google Maps (toll roads excluded).

Additional Fees

• Weight: $73 per ton (exact weight, no rounding – 1-ton minimum charged upon delivery)

• Extra Days: $15/day beyond the agreed rental period

• Tires: $50 each

• Mattresses: $75 each

• Overfilled Dumpster: $50 charge if the dumpster is filled beyond the top or cannot be tarped

Prohibited Items

• No Concrete Tear-Outs

• No Dirt, Limbs, or Mulch

• No Hazardous Materials (examples: propane tanks, paint, chemicals, pressurized containers, medical waste, etc.)
  If prohibited items are found, an additional fee will apply.

Important Notes

• 1 full business day’s notice is required for pick-up during your rental period.

• Prices are subject to change at any time (changes will not affect dumpsters already dropped or ordered).
